Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
* Owner does not release the bid amount at this time. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. This solicitation describes a requirement for the RRR Pagkage - 8A. Please see RFP for more details on this matter. The major items of work are as follows: Removal and replacement of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, pedestrian ramps, medians and crossings; Repairs to concrete as described in the specifications and drawings; Repair road structure failures; Cold milling of existing asphalt; Asphalt pavement overlay; Installation of new streetlight cable; Installation of perforated drainage pipe; Rebuild, install/decommission manholes and catch basins; Adjust existing manholes, catch basins and water valves; Traffic accommodations; Quality control; Other related works. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
