Saskatoon Public Schools is the largest school division in the province. We operate 47 elementary schools, 10 secondary, one k-12, one associate and one alliance school. We serve more than 27,000 students and employ more than 2,600 staff. SPS is requesting proposals from qualified companies for the supply of irrigation systems maintenance services as detailed in the RFP document. Questions are to be submitted in writing to the RFP contact name and email address noted. Proponents are asked to complete the Intention to Respond Form included below and return no later than March 10, 2023. A Proposal Submission Checklist is included below to assist Proponents in bid preparation and ensuring Proponents are submitting all required documents with their proposals. The selected proponent(s) will be required to enter into an agreement with SPS for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix C to the RFP (the "Agreement"). It is SPS's intention to enter into the Agreement with one proponent. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of up to three (3) years, with an option in favour of SPS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years.
