Of 9.5MM Superpave Wearing Course, 6,000 S.Y. Of Bituminous Tack Coat, 2,500 S.Y. 2A Modified Shoulder Backup, 950 Ton of 9.5MM Superpave Scratch & Leveling Course, Line Painting, and other related work. Add Alternate No. 1; Paving of Fourth Street (T-302); consisting of the following: approximately 428 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave Scratch/ Leveling Course, 143 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave Wearing Course, 70 Tons 2A Modified Shoulder Backup, 211 Gal of AE-P Prime Coat, and other related work The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clifton Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clifton Township.
