Work shall consist of approximately10,200 LF of burst water main, 47 gate valves, 260 service connections, 22 hydrants and related items. See Special Provisions for interim completion dates. Substantial completion date 11/1/23 Final completion date 6/15/24 Est. Value Notes: $2,870,000.00 - $3,345,000.00 Est. Completion Date: June 15, 2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project includes more than one unit, and the basis of award shall be the lowest and best bid for the units selected by the City. Units not selected shall not be included in forming the basis of determining the lowest bid. Bidders shall be aware that there is no guarantee that all units will be awarded and balance their bids accordingly. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project.
