Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract for Sunset Primary School, Meridian Creek Middle School, and West Linn High School for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The intent of the project is to create secure classroom conditions. The work includes shelter-in-place curtains, window shades, glazing film, and glass replacement. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier’s check or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385.
