In accordance with the Yavapai County Procurement Policy, pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2534, competitive sealed Proposals for the materials or services specified, will be received by the County, on behalf of the Yavapai County Free Library District and the Yavapai Library Network, until the date and time cited. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted and received on or before the due date and time indicated above. All proposals must be written legibly in ink or typewritten. Additional instructions are provided herein for preparing a Proposal. Late proposals shall not be considered. One (1) physical proposal and one (1) electronic proposal is required. The physical proposal must be sealed and plainly marked "RFP #23-001 - ILS" and must be received in the Board of Supervisors Office, Room 310, 1015 Fair St, Prescott, AZ 86305 by the time cited above, as indicated on the official clock located in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. The electronic proposal must be submitted within the Bonfire portal at website by the time cited above. Failure to submit the required physical AND electronic proposal shall be considered non-responsive. The County shall not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a Proposal that is not properly submitted, properly marked and/or sent to the wrong address. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the County and/or YCFLD All inquiries related to this RFP shall be in writing and submitted via the "Vendor Discussions" tab within the Bonfire portal no later than 3:00 PM on March 7, 2023. All amendments and related solicitation documentation may be found on the County's website.
