Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Boston Bar, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Fire Halls current 14ft overhead door configuration does not provide for ideal, main bay access and renovations are required to allow for the installation of 12ft and 20ft overhead doors. In addition, the building requires renovations to meet Code including the removal of an upstairs meeting room's south wall to restore the space to its original mezzanine configuration and the removal of a small shed at the structure's southeast corner.
