Bidders who are not DCAMM certified will have their bids removed from consideration. Repair the building enclosure and other miscellaneous repairs where identified on the drawings. Repoint deteriorated brick masonry mortar joints, and repair cracks, holes, and spalls in the brick. Replace precast concrete window surrounds and repair steel lintels. Provide new sealant joints at windows and entrance vestibules. Provide concrete repairs at the foundation and garage floor slab. Repair personnel doors and overhead garage doors. Provide new fuel island concrete slab and concrete repairs. Perform other miscellaneous work shown and specified in the drawings
