Major items of work include: (1) Interior buildout of approx. 2,992 sq. ft. of space within an approx. 6,000 sq. ft. existing premanufatured metal building. Includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology. (2) Installation of new electrical service to the building. (3) Installation of new parking lot lighting. BIDS received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds and Guaranty on the forms provided within 10 days after the date CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are received by the CONTRACTOR. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three most qualified, responsible bidders within 7 days after opening of BIDS, and the latter's bid securities will be returned after complete execution of the contract.
