Remodeling of a municipal facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Breakroom Renovation The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment and shall plan, coordinate, schedule, and assure effective performance of all service described herein. The Contractor shall provide all construction and related services in accordance with the requirements of this contract Scope of work proposal: *per plans/specifications demo existing area(s) to plan specifications *removal of all construction debris and daily cleanup per safety standards *construction and installation of new plan specified cabinetry per plans *painting and wall treatment per plan specifications and industry standard *remodeling of existing plumbing to meet plan specifications *installation of new plumbing materials per plan specifications *construction of new electrical access per plan conditions *construction of new audio/video access per plan conditions *flooring and other cosmetic work to be performed by construction terms *all other said and unspoken requirements and changes to specified plans to be completed entirely
