Site work and renovation of a residential development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Harris County is soliciting bids to provide all labor, demolition, material and equipment required for removal of lead based paint, and provide all material and equipment necessary to remove and/or install certain items as detailed on the Bid Schedule / Pricing Form within 199 residential homes throughout Harris County for the HCPH lead abatement efforts. This project is being funded by a $4.7 Million Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant and an annual $300,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Therefore, once the vendor(s) is/are awarded, the total amount of services provided to HCPH under this contract, the amount will not exceed the amount allocated for lead abatement and healthy home repairs in the grant budgets. Thus, quantities are estimated, and all items shown on the Bid Schedule / Pricing Form may or may not be used. Site walk through expenses for providing bids on site specific jobs should be included in the price sheet and will not have a separate line item. PROJECT SCHEDULE For one (1) year beginning approximately June 1, 2023 QUESTIONS - Requests for interpretation (and other questions) must be made in writing by the questions deadline via Bonfire at https://harriscountytx.bonfirehub.com/portal/ The deadline for submission of questions relating to this IFB is March 10, 2023, no later than 12:00 p.m. CST
