All bids shall be F.O.B., Neosho, MO. All bids shall be exclusive of federal, state, and city taxes. Bids on this (these) unit(s) shall be made on forms furnished with these specifications. Additional information, specifications, deviations, and manufacturer's literature should be attached to bid forms. All bids should include the turnaround time in getting started on this project. Performance Bonds and Other Assurances for Completion of Stormwater Management Improvements. Upon approval of the Final Stormwater Management Plan, but before the issuance of building permit, the City Building Inspector may require the applicant to post a performance bond, cash escrow, certified check, or other acceptable form of performance security for the amount of the work to be done pursuant to the approved Stormwater Management Plan Maintenance Agreement. A maintenance agreement, approved by the Governing Body of the City of Neosho, assuring perpetual maintenance of stormwater management improvements shall be agreed upon by the City and the applicant, if the facilities are to be maintained by the developer. C. Maintenance Bond. A two (2) year maintenance bond against defects in workmanship may be required by the City for any portion of the stormwater management improvements dedicated to the public. *Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate if over $75,000,00 (A copy of the Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate is attached) *Payment Bond Required for projects over $50,000.00 * City of Neosho Business License required *W-9 Required * Proof of Workers Compensation Coverage Provided w/ Bid The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid. The City reserves the right to split bids, if in the best interest of the City. Resurfacing of the existing outdoor pool to include: Protect any areas to prevent damage to electrical, lighting, draws, etc. Remove all surface material bringing it down to natural concrete using hydro blasting process and / or equivalent. Complete minor patch work to concrete using concrete hydro patch and/or equivalent material. Any patch larger than 12 inch by 12 inch shall be inspected by engineer provided by the city. Caulk and seal all interiorjoints using a polyurethane caulking or equivalent. Caulk and seal any cracks 1/8 inch - 1 inch in the concrete exposed during the removal process. Anything larger to be inspected by engineer then treated as a patch. Apply bond coat- Olympic Pool Paint Epoxy Primer per spec. Apply Top Coat - Olympic Zeron Pool Paint Epoxy Top Coat Per Spec Re-install / apply all safety markings and depth finders equivalent to what is removed - color black/red Remove all debris created during the removal and painting process. Disposal to be provided by thecontractor. Leave six (6) gallons of touch up paint- both primer and topcoat. Provide all SDS sheets and documentation of products being used for approval by the City of Neosho Contractor shall be responsible for all recourses which include labor, materials, disposal, rentals, equipment, in order to complete project. Warranty documentation on products and company Proof of insurance One (1) year warranty on labor and materials At least three (3) references for previous work
