Sealed bids will be received by: North Central State College 2441 Kenwood Circle Mansfield, Ohio 44906 for the following project: North Central State College Fallerius Center and Byron Kee Hall HVAC Improvements in accordance with the contract documents prepared by MacMillan and Company, LLC. Bids will be received for General Construction (all Trades). Davis Bacon Prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations apply to this project. All bids must be accompanied by a Combination Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all alternates, if any) or a certified check in an amount of 10% of the bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the College. Demolition of existing HVAC equipment, piping, and controls. 2. Furnishing and installing all equipment and materials for improvements to heating hot water and chilled water systems as indicated on the drawings and specifications. 3. Related Electrical. 4. Related Roofing. 5. Related Controls. 6. Related General Trades. 7. Phased Construction. 8. Project Management for all self-performed work and all sub-contractors. 9. Coordination with the Owner. 10. Systems Start-up, Testing and Balancing, and Commissioning. 11. General Conditions. Phase 1: Heating Hot Water Systems - The project schedule is based on a notice to proceed being issued no later than March 31, 2023, August 11, 2023: Substantial completion, final punch list - August 31, 2023: Construction work complete, including start-up. System is fully operational. Phase 2: Chilled Water Systems - The project completion shall not be later than March 15, 2024
