**As of April 24, 2023, project was awarded to The Stout Group, LLC. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors ("Proposers", "Bidders", "Contractors" or "Firms") to reconstruct the east end of 172nd Street to raise the road and eliminate flooding at high tide, as described in Exhibit A. Contractors will adhere to industry standard quality installation principles and provide quality installation services to ensure that the most reliable and cost-effective project is built. Contractors interested in performing these services must exhibit considerable relevant experience with this type of work, and should emphasize both experience and capability of particular personnel who will actually perform the work. Contractors should demonstrate that they have experience working with construction renovation, preferably for government. ITB 23-02-01 All questions regarding this bid shall be directed in writing by MARCH 17, 2023 AT 5:00 PM. Questions may be submitted via email to: Purchasing@sibfl.net. The budget for this project is $420,000.00.
