Bidders/proposers who will subcontract out portions of the work will be required to submit a signed Letter of Intent to Subcontract. Failure to complete and sign the M/WBE Compliance Guidelines and Forms will result in Offeror receiving zero (0) points for the M/WBE Criteria.
