Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium.

Note: It is the total responsibility of the Contractor to return bids to the Neshaminy School District by the required date and time. Bids must be submitted on the form and in the manner provided in the Contract Documents; Bids submitted otherwise will not be considered. This Project is subject to Pennsylvania s Prevailing Wage Act, Except for the HVAC contract which will be funded with ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Funds and must abide by the Davis Bacon Act Wage requirements. Bidder s proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurer s check, bank cashier s check, or bid bond in the form included with the bidding documents. A satisfactory corporate surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid together with the aggregate sum of all additive alternates. The surety shall name as payee or obligee the Neshaminy School District. Notice is hereby given that the Neshaminy High School Stadium Field House for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a construction project constructed by a public entity constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and other applicable Acts. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities, defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, or irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make awards as may be deemed in its best interest. Bidders will not be entitled to review any Contract Documents at the Neshaminy School District Offices. All bidders are advised that they use these documents contained on this webs site at their own risk and are expected to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may be posted. Contract No. 1 General Trades Construction Contract No. 2 Site Construction ContractNo. 3 Food ServiceConstruction Contract No. 4 Plumbing Construction ContractNo. 5 HVAC Construction (ESSER Funded) Contract No. 6 Electrical Construction Sealed bid proposals must be received by the Neshaminy School District in a sealed envelope, identified by project name and number, addressed and filed with the Neshaminy School District, to the attention of Mr. Donald B. Irwin, Jr., Business Administrator, offices located at Maple Point Middle School located at 2250 Langhorne Yardley Road, Langhorne PA 19047. The project consists of phased construction of a 1 story 8,000 SF Field House, demolition of two existing buildings and relocation of site utilities.
