Renovation of a municipal facility in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The work consists removal of existing hydronic and steam heating systems and installation of a new very high efficiency HVAC system. Work includes environmental abatement, selective demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems including variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and high performance energy recovery ventilation (ERV) systems, duct work and other related items. During the bid process, all inquiries must be directed in writing and emailed to the District's Purchasing Agent as follows: Email: fpd.purchasing@cookcountyil.gov All questions must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. March 16, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "District") is soliciting Bids for the above referenced project. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing hydronic and steam heating systems and installation of a new very high efficiency HVAC system. Work includes asbestos abatement, selective demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and high performance energy recovery ventilation (ERV) systems and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
