Reference Number 00003427167 Source ID SCRIBE Notice is hereby given by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") of its intent to purchase an Integrity Built agricultural storage building for use in the University's Teaching Farm, located at the Garden City Lands Richmond, B.C for the all-inclusive Preference is for a single vendor to provide both supply and install of systems in addition to site preparation, geotechnical report, permit application process, engineered blueprints and schedules. The proposed contract term will be for a period of one (1) year, including the supply, installation and after-sale warranty required. Suppliers wishing to challenge this decision should submit in writing (by email to the KPU Contact Person) the reasons for their objection. The objection should clearly indicate how the supplier's services meet or exceed the University's business requirements as set out in Section 2, including offering a more competitive price. Any and all objections received by the closing date and time below will be given due consideration prior to the University engaging in Contract negotiations. If justified, a Supplier's meeting, with University representatives present to discuss the decision, will be called to receive Supplier representations regarding this intent to negotiate an agreement. The University's decisions in this regard will be final.
