This project is classified as "Building Construction" or Roofing and Sheetmetal, Siding and all contractors must meet the requirements of the Contractor's licensing law, State of Louisiana. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a Contractor shall certify that he is licensed under the provisions of this chapter and show his license number on the bid envelope. Liquidated damages shall be assessed for every day beyond the date of completion, as established in the Supplementary / Special Conditions, in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per consecutive calendar day.
