THE CITY OF HAMMOND, INDIANA, DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT is requesting proposals for the Memorial Park Development Project on Ray Avenue and Highland Street in Hammond, Indiana to the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Hammond. The project will consist of the redevelopment of Memorial Park into a 36-lot single family development with a park and 2-3 larger lots for duplex and/or senior housing. The scope of services to be performed by the successful bidder(s) under a one (1) year contract includes but is not limited to providing a proposal for the following services: ALTA/Topographic Survey, Technical Zoning Services and Preparation and certification of the Primary Plat Selection of consultant by the Redevelopment Commission is not based on competitive bidding but on the firm's professional qualifications, experience and expertise of key personnel assigned to the projects. The Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to award all or individual projects within the scope of work to comply with available funds.
