The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Building stone masonry restoration/replacement, coping repairs/replacement, building envelope restoration/repair, targeted roofing system repairs and upgrades, chimney dismantling, and restoration of interior finishes at THREE RIVERS COMMUNTIY COLLEGE. 1. Removal of certain existing cast stone copings and flashings as indicated on Drawings; removal of existing brick chimney from roof to below first floor metal deck; removal of certain portions of brick veneer as indicated on Drawings; removal of rooftop penthouse to concrete deck; removal of certain curtain wall gaskets, as indicated on Drawings. 2. Off-site legal disposal of all removed materials. 3. Provision of new cast stone copings, stainless steel coping pans, self-adhering sheet waterproof membranes, and metal coping caps. 4. Provision of zinc-coated copper sheet flashing and associated components. 5. Provision of new curtain wall gaskets. 6. Provision of stainless-steel weep flashings. 7. Provision of selective brick repointing, as indicated on Drawings. 8. Provision of Tectum Deck, and new EPDM membrane roof assembly, including insulation and cover board, at area of chimney removal. 9. Cleaning of brick masonry, as indicated on Drawings. 10. Cleaning of windows, as indicated on Drawings. 11. Provision of certain interior finishes, including non-structural metal studs, gypsum board, interior paint, acoustical panel ceilings. This project is therefore subject to the state set-aside goals of 25% SBE and 6.25% MBE on the entire state contract amount.
