Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of March 14, 2023, project was awarded to Friessen Construction, awarded amount is $351,748.86.** Jefferson High School - Southeast Tech College Connector Road and Sidewalk Bids will be presented to the School Board at the next succeeding regular Board meeting, all in accordance with Board policy. All bids shall be made in accordance with forms and specifications attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents. Inquiries should be sent to paulk@sayreassociates.com. Bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with and subject to SDCL 5-18A, 5-18B, 5-18C, 5-18D, 5-21, 5-22 and the provisions set forth in the specifications. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities. School Board, Sioux Falls School District 49-5 of Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Work on this project shall consist of, but is not limited to the following: Grading, water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, subgrade cement stabilization, concrete curb, sidewalk, aggregate base course, asphalt concrete surfacing and lighting for the connector road and sidewalk between Jefferson High School and Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
