The Village of Lomax is now accepting bids for the mowing of certain village properties. Bids will be considered for single year contract and two year contracts. Please contact Village President Brian Grisham at 309-371-9695 for a showing and detailed description of the village properties to be mowed. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Mow, weedeat, pick up all trash, empty trash cans and disposal of trash in the village-provided trash dumpsters. Pick up all tree branches, and sticks debris, and dispose at the specified location provided by the village. Properties to be mowed are: o Village Hall - 115 Aviston o Village Christmas Tree Lot - Aviston & 2nd o Village Ball Park - 1147 2nd o Village Park - 967 E 4th o Ditch & lot between 4th & 5th adjacent to Bloomington o Village lot at corner of Bonfield & Hwy 96 o Ditch line along Hwy 96 west of Fire Station The Village of Lomax Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
