**As of April 19, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Partners Excavating Company, Inc. for $47,021.** The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request formal competitive sealed bids through the Invitation to Bid process to establish a contract to perform pavement work at the Bergton Container Site located at 15163 Bergton Road in Rockingham County, Virginia. The selected firm, under the direction of the County, will pave the existing graveled areas with asphalt pavement the following specifications: Approximately 435 square feet pavement as shown on map included in Exhibit A. Pavement thicknesses: 8-inches stone, 6-inches base asphalt, and 2-inches surface asphalt
