Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ragland, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,485-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Town of Ragland First Responders Building Site Work Package Scope of Work: The project consists of a new 7,485sf (PEMB). This package is for the site work portion of the First Responders Facility containing a Fire Station, Police Department and Rescue Service. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to the St. Clair County Commission in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Please note that if your bid amount is over $50,000.00 you must provide a copy of your general contractors license. The bid must contain evidence of Bidders authority and qualification to perform the work in the state where the Project is located, or covenant to obtain such qualification prior to award of the Contract. Bids will not be accepted without the license number present on the front of the envelope. Bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered, and will be returned unopened. The Town of Ragland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received, and to accept the bid deemed by it to be the most advantageous to its interests.
