Construction of a maintenance facility with water fill station. Rehabilitation improvements of the current utility office building including but limited to repairing the foundation, remodeling and roof replacement. DIVISION I - WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENTS, NEW WATER SUPPLY WELL, BOOSTER STATION, & SCADA Construct a new water supply well to replace an existing water supply well. Rehabilitation of an existing booster station to include two new pumps, piping, valves, water meter, electrical, VFD's, and controls. Replace existing SCADA equipment. DIVISION II - WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENTS, WATER MAINS Construct new water mains to replace existing water main, hydrants, fittings, and other components as shown on the plans and as specified. This project shall also include water service line replacements from water main to meter along new water main routes and in other areas of the distribution system.
