The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified companies to remodel the existing restrooms, making them ADA Compliant at the Manitou Pool Fitness Center, 202 Manitou Ave., Manitou Springs, CO 80829. As the building will be closed to the public during construction, the City requires this project to be completed with 45 working days. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. The City is seeking information from qualified companies who have experience and qualifications to serve as the City's contractor for this project. The City of Manitou Springs' Project Manager will all work closely with the successful contractor/professional(s) on a multitude of projects and needs. The selected company will perform work under contract with City, using the City's standard Services Agreement. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Friday, March 10, 2023, 3:00 P.M The City will only accept questions emailed to the City Contact(s). Emails containing questions must contain the RFP Title and RFP Number in the Subject line The anticipated Scope of Services for this project is as follows: 1. Remodel of the existing Men and Women's Restrooms for ADA accessibility 2. Design of a Family Shower/Toilet within the building 3. Abatement will be under separate contract. 4. Fire Protection Design will be Design-Build by Contractor 5. Project will be completed under single phase and a single set of construction documents.
