For 2023 Street Resurfacing Project The Project generally consists of approximately 170,000 yd2 of street resurfacing in Hampden Township and associated infrastructure repairs. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000, therefore Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required.
