Site work for a mixed-use development in Averill Park, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The Board of Education of the Averill Park Central School District invites the submission of Sealed Bid Proposals to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2022-2023 Capital Outlay Reconstruction project all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Description The work includes an extension of the existing baseline fencing at Averill Park High School's baseball and softball fields to improve spectator safety. Each Bidder shall prepare their bid proposal, along with a bid security, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the "Information for Bidders". Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the date of the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after the bid opening. Any questions regarding this statute may be directed to the New York State Department of Labor, Bureau of Public Work at 518-485-5696.
