Site work for a water / sewer project in Union Beach, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 4/18/23, all bids rejected. A timeline for the rebid has yet to be established. All inquiries for clarification of any matters concerning the Contract Documents shall be made in writing to the above address or via email at tpetti@bayshorersa.com and must be received at least 7 days - Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The project generally consists of approximately 4,125 LF of rehabilitation via Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) or Geopolymer lining on existing RCP & ACP interceptors ranging from 24-inch to 42-inch diameter, manhole rehabilitation, and bypass pumping of existing pipelines to facilitate work. Rehabilitation work will also involve cleaning of the pipe as well as the necessary pre and post CCTV inspection. Two sections of pipe will require CCTV work under bypass prior to determining if the Authority should move forward with lining. All work will take place within the Borough of Union Beach, Monmouth County, NJ All bids rejected.
