Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites Construction Managers to respond to this Request for Proposal for the construction of a new 256-bed Long-Term Care Home of approximately 14,470 square meters in the community of Orleans in Ottawa, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the RFP Conditions. Interested Construction Managers are invited to obtain copies of the Request for Proposal materials by writing to: Mr. Brad White, Montgomery Sisam Architects, Bwhite@montgomerysisam.com Each Proponent is requested to submit one (1) digital copy of their response to the Request for Proposal in a pdf file labeled "Construction Manager RFP for Extendicare Orleans LTC."
