JN: 00-000 Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education dba: Bismarck State College to facilitate the construction of the BSC Polytechnic Building at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, ND. 1. This project consists of a multi-story educational facility with a combined area of approximately 80,0000 square feet. 2. The work will be constructed in two (2) phases in accordance with the Project Schedule. Some preliminary site grading and storage building work has been completed under the prior bid phase BP-1. BP-2 is the final bid phase. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal. We look forward to receiving your Proposal and would like to extend our appreciation for your participation in advance of receiving your proposal on the enclosed Bid Form. Construction began November 29, 2022. Questions shall be submitted to Kraus-Anderson Construction Company at the address below on or before the Date indicated above.
