Reference Number 0000312088 The contract work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, necessary tools and equipment, supervision, appurtenances, and all utility and transportation services required for the construction of Dunlap Boulevard Bridge and Replacement Project Crossing Wilson Creek Channel - Phase 2. The project shall include, but are not limited to the following: Furnish and install structural steel on the bridge that was constructed as part of Phase 1. Removal of portions of the existing Dunlap Boulevard Culvert currently below the new precast concrete girder bridge structure that was constructed as part of Phase 1. Channel improvements consisting of fascia walls, reinforced concrete channel invert, warped wing walls, rip-rap channel, concrete cutoff walls, R&W Revetment, and concrete aprons. Associated street improvements (curb, gutter, curb ramps, embankments, storm drains, drainage inlets, driveway approaches, Modified Picket Fence Railing, Modified Picket Railing Double Drive Gate, AC paving, sidewalk, utilities, etc.) to connect the new bridge structure constructed in Phase 1 to the existing street improvements of Dunlap Boulevard and 14th Street.
