Please note that no questions will be answered during the visit. Your questions or comments during the submission period should be sent by email to the address below. These clarifications will be sent to everyone by addendum. Email ao@portsi.com Wearing personal protective equipment (including a PFD) is mandatory during the visit. BOND Bidders must attach to their bid a security deposit or a bid bond, as defined in the tender documents. The tenderer is solely responsible for the receipt of his tender by the APSI, in the form, at the place and at the time required. The Sept-Îles Port Authority does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and will not incur any costs vis-à-vis the tenderers as a result of a call for tenders.
