As of July 25, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. This project is included in the Dutchess County 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, a majority of funding is allotted to fiscal year 2024. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. -Professional Services for Planning, Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration/Management for a Temporary Emergency and Housing Facility at 150 North Hamilton Street, City of Poughkeepsie, NY A detailed scope has not yet been determined. Design and construction of a new 911-988 call center, and a new central arraignment court facility at the former (1995) County Jail building. 911-988 call center to be on first floor, and central arraignment court to be on second floor. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
