Without intending to limit or restrict extent of work required under Contract, Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Design Goals and Objectives: The Boiler Upgrades at the Morton McMichael Public School are intended to replacement the entire steam boiler plant and associated equipment. B. General Contract Summary of Work includes, but is not limited to thefollowing: 1. Selective demolition as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the General Contract drawings, and the Division 02 technical specifications. 2. Concrete work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the General Contract drawings and the Division 03 technical specifications. 3. Chain Link Fence work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the General Contract drawings and the Division 32 technical specifications. 4. Excavation, removal and disposal of a vaulted 10,000 gal. Underground Storage Tank, its contents, if any, and associated piping C. Mechanical Contract Summary of Work includes, but is not limited to thefollowing: 1. Mechanical work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the Mechanical Contract drawings and the Division 23 technical specifications. 2. Provide Two (2) new gas-fired 150HP fire tube steam boilers providing approximately 7 PSI steam to new piping in the mechanical room connected to the existing building steam distribution piping. 3. Provide new Compatible with non-proprietary BACnet control panels. 4. Provide new stainless steel boiler flue gas economizer. 5. Provide new insulated stainless steel double wall flues. 6. Provide new boiler feed pump skid package. 7. Provide new condensate pump skid package. 8. Provide new boiler blow-down system. 9. Provide new chemical treatment system Plumbing Contract Summary of Work includes, but is not limited to thefollowing: 1. Plumbing work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the Plumbing Contract drawings and the Division 22 technical specifications. 2. Provide two (2) natural gas booster stations and regulators. 3. Provide new backflow preventers. 4. Provide new boiler make-up water piping system. E. Electrical Contract Summary of Work includes, but is not limited to thefollowing: 1. Electrical work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the Electrical Contract drawings and Division 26 technical specifications. 2. Electrical Safety work as required to perform this contractor's work as indicated on the contract drawings. Refer to the Electrical Contract drawings and Division 28 technical specifications. 3. Remove existing and provide new electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and accessoriesto support mechanical equipment upgrades. 4. Remove existing lighting. Provide new LED lighting fixtures, all necessary support, branch circuits, and lighting controlsystem to comply with the Philadelphia energy code. 5. Remove and replace exit signs with white thermoplastic LED type exitsigns. 6. Provide new emergency generator and associated equipment as indicated on the plan.
