**As of May 3, 2023, project was awarded to PCI, awarded amount is $1,272,467.55.** This project consists of bicycle signing and striping improvements at Brookhurst Avenue (From Trask Avenue to Katella Avenue), West Street (From Garden Grove Boulevard to Orangewood Avenue), Chapman Avenue (From Valley View Street To Beach Boulevard), Gilbert Street (From Deodora Drive to Katella Avenue), and Lampson Avenue (From Dale Street to Haster Street). The Contractor will be required submit one (1) set of federal forms for the project. The Contractor will be required to pay the latest prevailing wage rates per the Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Regulations as established by the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations. Certified weekly payroll reports, monthly utilization and Davis-Bacon Regulation reports for the prime and all subcontractors will be required for each project. Additionally, this Contract requires that the Contractor submit a fully completed "Bidder DBE Information" forms with bid package, and other items not mentioned above that are required by the plans and specifications. The DBE goal for this project is 12%. The project shall comply with all federal requirements including Buy America (updated from Build America Buy America Act) The Contractor is advised that the entire project is a combination of five (5) sets of plans for one (1) Project. One (1) "Notice to Proceed" will be issued for the entire project. The entire project shall be completed within forty-five (45) working days.
