Scope of Services It is the intent of this solicitation to engage multiple qualified general contractors or companies to provide construction and renovation services on a continuing services task authorization basis for projects with an estimated value between $100,000 and $500,000. The selected general contractors or companies will be placed on a short list of contractors to quote certain construction work on an as-needed basis. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
