Renovation and addition to a day care center in Windsor, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 1,398-square-foot, two-story above grade day care center; and for the renovation of a day care center.
This project is being canceled for immediate correction of specifications and drawings. This project will be re-issued this year. This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Ecole Elemetaire Catholique Sainte-Therese - Daycare Addition & Renovation as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Providence Catholic School Board 7515 Forest Glade Drive Windsor, ON N8T 3P5 The Intent of this Requested Quotation is to obtain Quotations from Prequalified General Contractors to perform a Daycare Addition & Renovation, located at 5305 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, Ontario N8T 1C5, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2 - 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). It is anticipated that contract work is expected to commence March/April, 2023, or sooner, weather dependent with a conclusion date no later than August 25th, 2023.
