CITY OF WILSONVILLECOMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK MASTER PLAN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (CIP 8158)The City of Wilsonville invites interested individuals and firms to submit proposals for Community Service Block Master Plan (CIP 8158). The City is seeking Proposals from highly qualified individuals, consulting firms, or teams of consultants ("Proposers") to prepare a needs assessment, gap analysis and potential programming alternatives for the Police Department and Parks and Recreation Administrative Services Department. The final deliverable will be a master plan for a phased implementation of these needs within the area designated as the Community Services Block including conceptual plans and costs estimates for selected alternatives. This information will guide the City in determining the best course of action to address immediate needs, as well as how to accommodate department growth over the next 20 to 30 years.
Request for proposal packets will be available for download on Thursday, February 23, 2023 (from Home Page, select Doing Business tab, select Bids & Proposals, select project link under RFQ/RFP).
