Site work for a water / sewer project in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to complete the work as described in these specifications. The Albany Water Board reserves the right to add or remove work from the contract as necessary. A summary of the approximated work is below. Further detail is provided in the drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. These contracts have an overall MWBE subcontractor participation goal of 30% and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal of 6%
