The LAWRENCE PUBLIC SCHOOLS (herein called OWNER) is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of the boiler system and domestic hot water heater in Lawrence Elementary School, located at 714 W. St. Joseph St., Lawrence, Michigan 49064. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Bidding Documents. Work must be completed on or before August 23, 2023. A single lump sum bid is being 2 requested for the complete project as outlined in the scope of the work and attached specifications. Bid quotes are guaranteed for 90 calendar days. Lawrence Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Lawrence Public Schools. BOILERS Removal and disposal of 2 existing steam boilers and associated steam/condensate piping. If necessary, wall and/or door construction to remove units. Removal of shell and tube heat exchanger Removal of existing vent stacks in the boiler room. If necessary, repair the roof.
