Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project description is comprised of but not limited to includes a full modernization to the rooms and washrooms in each of the suites. The current rooms and washrooms haven't been updated since the building was first constructed. The spaces are old and no longer modern, leaving these spaces less than desirable by our students. The rooms and washrooms also require a lot of maintenance, as many of the kitchen and bathrooms are beyond repair while the existing plumbing causes weekly problems. The old acrylic shower units within the bathrooms are falling apart as they have been heavily used over their lifespan. For many of them, they are on their last legs before full replacement would be required. With this project, the kitchens within each suite will be removed and replaced with a modern décor that offers good functionality and storage. Please see architectural drawings and specifications. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price must accompany your Tender submission.
