The City of West Chicago (City), Illinois is soliciting a Statement of Interest (SOI) for: PHASE III ENGINEERING SERVICES CONDE STREET RESURFACING PROJECT The City is requesting SOI from engineering firms for Phase III construction engineering services for resurfacing Conde Street, which is an FAU Route 4080, between Joliet Street to IL 59 (Neltnor Blvd). The scope of the project includes pavement resurfacing, minor pavement patching, intermittent sidewalk curb ramp upgrades, spot drainage improvements (e.g. curb and gutter replacement), pavement markings, parkway restoration, and other miscellaneous items as required to complete the project. All general and technical questions regarding this Invitation and SOI requirements shall be submitted electronically in writing to Dave Shah at DShah@westchicago.org on or before 12:00 PM on March 14, 2023. A response to all written questions received will be posted on the City's website under the Bid Postings section, no later than 3:30 PM on March 15, 2023. The City of West Chicago reserves the right to reject any statements or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the request.
