The scope of services for the project is described further in Article 1.3 (Project Information and General Scope of Work) and it is intended that it will be completed over the summer of 2023. All contractors who achieve a minimum score of 70%, to a maximum of five contractors, will be invited to submit bids in the upcoming Stage 2 Request for tender, tentatively scheduled for mid-March 2023. Each Proponents Prequalification Submission must include two (2) attachments (files) labelled in the following manner: Envelope #1: 1. Mandatory Requirements: 2023007FAC-RFSQ/Insert Company Name 2. Technical Rated Criteria: 2023007FAC-RFSQ/Insert Company Name Bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
