As of April 20 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. SCOPE OF WORK: Install waterproof floor coating in mechanical room. Install steel angle dams around pipes that penetrate floor slab and floor opening at stair. Drill holes in raised rim of existing floor drain to allow for better drainage. Install new drip pans under mechanical equipment. Install 3-way light switch. ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $30,000 to $40,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. However no minimum level of MWBE participation shall be required as a condition of contract award. Bids will not be rejected or considered nonresponsive ifthey do not include MWBE participation.
