The Contract Requires, and the Contractor Shall Provide the Necessary Equipment, Labor and Materials To Provide Grass Maintenance Service for the Eight (8) Town of Mamaroneck Maintained Cemeteries And Other Areas of Right-of-way on a Monthly Basis. In Addition to Monthly Grass Maintenance, the Contractor Shall Remove Litter, Dumped Refuse, Noxious Plants, Minor Dead Trees, Fallen Limbs and Trim Hedge Overgrowth as Directed by the Town Engineer, Highway Superintendent or Their Designee. All of the Refuse and Organic Materials Removed From the Work Locations May Be Disposed of by Bringing It to the Town's Sanitation Facility at 40 Maxwell Avenue. The Contract Also Calls for, at Each Location, a One-time Cleanup in the Fall (October Thru December) And Spring (March Thru May) Seasons of All Fallen Leaves and Dead Vegetative Materials. In the Fall (After October 15), Leaves May Be Left Curbside for Highway Department Pickup, Providing That the Necessary Arrangements Have Been Made With the General Foreman. In the Spring, All Leaves and Organic Debris Removed Are to Be Disposed of Offsite by the Contractor. The Town of Mamaroneck Sanitary Facility May Be Able to Accommodate Disposal of Such Materials.
