Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work of this single bid project includes , but is not limited to, concrete façade repairs, brick masonry repairs, coating of concrete facades new metal wall panels on Yokum Hall upper façade, demolition of Myers split slab walkway concrete toppings, coring in existing Myers concrete walkways and installation of new roof drains and leaders tied into storm sewer, installation of new drainage mat and concrete topping at Myers split slab system, installation of new modified bitumen roofing system at former Myers concrete walkway, demolition of Myers entry ramp, stairs, sidewalk and site lighting, new concrete sidewalks and ramp, lighted bollards, landscaping, benches and bike racks. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 800 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce
