Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
A portion of Westside High School currently has a ballasted membrane roof nearing the end of its life. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: o Removal of the existing roof ballast, roofing membrane, and roof insulation (location as identified on the drawings). o Removal of existing roof drains. o General demolition to accommodate project. o Installation of new roof insulation, membrane, roof drains and piping. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of drawings and specifications or other contract documents.
