The anticipated term of the contract will be for three (3) years Under the State Records Storage Act, California Government Code Sections 14740 - 14746, the State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), and Office of State Publishing (OSP), State Records Center (SRC), are required to administer the State records program. To fulfill these duties, OSP requests the Contractor to provide preventive maintenance, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts replacement, and repair services for the Electric Gate located at 1501 Cebrian Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691. Written Question Submission Deadline March 7, 2023 Licenses: a. A Bidder must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law. b. The Contractor must possess a C-13 (Fencing Contractor) issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). CSLB Licenses must be in force for the complete term of the contract. If the license(s) expire during the term of the contract, a new license must be received by the State at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the license. Pursuant to Labor Code, Section 1770, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and a general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work for each craft required for execution of the Contract
